NOTIFICACIÓN NO. 45/2017: IMPUESTO CENTRAL (TASA), DE FECHA 14-11-2017
En ejercicio de las facultades conferidas por la subsección (1) de la sección 11 de la Ley Central del Impuesto sobre Bienes y Servicios de 2017 (en adelante, en esta notificación denominada «dicha Ley»), el Gobierno Central, al considerar que es necesario hacerlo por razones de interés público, por recomendación del Consejo, exime a los productos especificados en la columna (3) de la siguiente tabla, de la impuesto central aplicable al mismo en virtud del artículo 9 de dicha Ley, que supere la cantidad calculada a una tasa del 2,5 por ciento, cuando se suministre a las instituciones especificadas en la entrada correspondiente de la columna (2) del cuadro, con sujeción a las condiciones especificadas en la entrada correspondiente de la columna (4) de dicho cuadro:
