外国直接投資は、自動ルートを通じて100％のFDIが許可されているセクター/活動で運営されている有限責任パートナーシップ（LLP）では、自動ルートで許可されます。LLPへのFDIは資本拠出を通じて行うことができます。この記事では、Form LLP-IによるLLPへのFDIの報告について集中的に議論しました。
この記事では、Form LLP — Iとは何か、そしてその提出方法を詳しく説明します。
1。フォームLLP-Iとは何ですか？
- LLP-Iは、LLPへの資本拠出のために外国直接投資を受けている有限責任組合が提出した報告書です。
2。フォーム LLP-1 の提出が必要なのは誰か
- 2014年4月14日付けのRBI/2013-14/566 A.P.（DIRシリーズ）通達第123号に従い、すべてのLLPは、資本拠出および利益分配の対価受領の詳細をRBIの地域事務所に報告するものとします。
- このような報告は、LLP-Iフォームを通じて行われるものとします。
- フォームLLP — Iは、有限責任パートナーシップ事務所がLLPの認定ディーラーカテゴリー（Iバンク）を通じて提出し、申告を行う有限責任パートナーシップの登録事務所が管轄する準備銀行の地域事務所に提出します。
3。フォームLLP-Iの提出期限はどのくらいですか？
- フォームLLP — Iは、FDIの対価額の受領日から30日以内に提出する必要があります。
4。LLPにおける海外直接投資の形態とは
LLPへのFDIは、次の2つの方法のいずれかによって行うことができます。
- 資本拠出として、または
- 利益株式の取得または譲渡
5。フォーム LLP-1 の提出方法
SMF（シングルマスターフォーム）の導入により、さまざまなフォームが1つのマスターフォームに統合され、新しく立ち上げられたポータル、つまりFIRMS（外国投資報告管理システム）を通じて同じものを提出する必要があります。
したがって、フォームLLP-IはFIRMSポータルに提出されます。LLP-Iフォームを提出する手順は次のとおりです。
5.1 ステップ — 1: SMF にログインしてワークスペースにアクセスする
- 左のナビゲーションボタンをクリックし、「シングルマスターフォーム」を選択します。
5.2 ステップ — 2: リーチフォームLLP — I
- ドロップダウンメニューの「返品タイプ」をクリックします。「Form LLP — I」を選択し、「新規返品を追加」をクリックします。次に、ユーザーはLLP-Iフォームに移動します。
- フォーム全体は、(i) 普通投資の詳細、(ii)「フォームLLP — I」という2つの部分に分かれており、さらに5つのタブに分かれています。
- ここでは、共通投資の詳細は、SMFで報告できるすべてのリターンに共通しています。
5.3 ステップ — 3: 必要に応じて詳細を入力します
5.3.1。一般的な詳細:
最初のタブには、次の共通の詳細情報を入力する必要があります。

For entering the details for other foreign investors, file another form LLP-I as the LLP-I has the provision of entering only one investor’s details.

- 「下書きとして保存」機能：BU は、「共通情報」ページに必須の詳細をすべて入力することで、下書きを保存して後で送信することもできます。
- 「リセット」機能:フォーム全体がリセットされます。
- 「戻る」ボタン:ダッシュボードに戻る
